A: Anyone who worked on the project at your customer's company can complete a review (e.g. project leader, project team member, etc.)

Q: How recent does the project have to be in order to count?

A: Projects Completed within the previous 24 months.

Q: How often can they leave reviews?

A: Each phase can be reviewed separately

Q: If a customer leaves a review, how quickly will it show up on my Raven Intelligence profile?

A: As soon as we receive and verify the customer's review, we will publish on your profile as well and alert you.
