Raven Intelligence is a free, online peer review community to help Enterprise Software customers independently find their perfect Consulting partner. Raven consolidates the best partner options in a single place–across all major cloud software platforms. It gives Dayforce Consultants a place to promote their certifications and cloud project success and find customers looking for what they do best.

Raven Intelligence was designed to help consulting organizations reach more customers and showcase the great work they are doing in the most powerful source—customer reviews! Not only will you benefit from showcase your brand advocates on your profile, but you'll be able to arm your sales team with the reviews and data needed to shorten your sales cycle and close more deals.

Claim Your Firm's Profile & Get Reviewed

If you are part of a certified, Dayforce services partner organization, you can broaden your reach by claiming your free profile on Raven Intelligence and collecting active reviews to showcase your firm's work.

With Raven's free profile, you are able to modify and control your firm’s profile, team details, awards and designations on free profiles. To get started, go to your firm’s page & clicking on the button “Own or Work Here–Claim Now".

Step 2

Ask Your Customers To Review You!

Who Can Leave Reviews on Your Profile?
Anyone who worked on the project at your customer's company can complete a review (e.g. project leader, project team member, etc.)

  • Projects must be completed within the previous 24 months (We cannot accept reviews for projects that were completed over 24 months ago.)
  • Each phase can be reviewed separately
    • (e.g., Initial deployment (Phase 1), Add-on deployment (Phase 2, and not in the original SOW), and Optimization / Ongoing support services)

**As soon as we receive and verify the customer's review, we will publish on your profile as well and alert you so you see the results immediately!

General Review Process Recommendations

  • Build your Raven Intelligence review process into your project-wrap up process
  • Send the review request from an actual person's email (i.e. not from a group email, such as marketing@companyname.com)
  • Send multiple reminder emails (this can be the same email, they don't have to be customized)
    • We recommend at least 3 reminders
    • Sometimes, it takes 4+ emails to hear back. Customers are busy and we understand that!
  • Offer an incentive
    • Some ideas for incentives may be a gift card to a coffee shop (Starbucks or Amazon) or a charitable donation in the name of your client. 
    • Let us know if you are going to offer an incentive and we will send you customers' email addresses upon them completing a review
