With a free profile, you can manage and update your firm’s listing, add team details, certifications, and designations, plus highlight awards and accomplishments.
Claim Your Firm's Profile & Get Verified
Once your profile is created, visit your firm’s page and click “Own or Work Here – Claim Now.” This verifies that you’re part of the organization and gives you full editing rights.
As the editor of your listing, you can update details, add proof points, share success metrics, and begin driving customers to your page.
Ask Your Customers to Write a Review
The most important step! Keep your ratings strong and up-to-date by consistently inviting customers to leave reviews after project milestones—especially at Go-Live.

Review Process FAQ
Who Can Leave a Review?
Anyone from your customer’s organization who worked on the project, such as a project leader or implementation team member, can complete a review.
How Many Reviews Can You Collect?
Each project phase can be reviewed separately, including: Initial deployment (Phase 1), Add-on deployments not in the original SOW (Phase 2+), Optimization or ongoing support engagements
What Projects Qualify?
Projects must have been completed within the last 24 months.
(We cannot accept reviews for projects older than 24 months.)
How Fast Are Reviews Published?
As soon as we receive and verify the customer’s review, we’ll publish it on your profile with two business days.
Are Reviews Published Automatically to the UKG Marketplace?
Yes, you’ll also benefit from automatic review syndication to the UKG Partner Marketplace, ensuring your verified customer feedback appears everywhere UKG customers search for partners.
